The company was incorporated in Lagos, Nigeria in 1989 and has been a distributor of Mobil Oil Nigerial plc for over 10 years with equity participation of 100% held by Nigerians. Our business operation started effectively in September 2003 after being appointed an authorised distributor of Mobil Lubricants by Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc .
