Alhaji Olanrewaju Ninalowo
Alhaji Ninalowo is the Founder/Principal of M.O Dampu & CO Limited, He was mainly a career civil servant in Lagos State public service for over 22 years where he retired as a Director of Personnel and acting as a Permanent Secretary for various Ministries.
He brought his wealth of experience in establishing various organisations for the Lagos State Government to bear on M.O Dampu which has grown from a small organisation in 2003 to one of the leading distributors of Mobil oil Nigeria plc The sky is indeed the begining for the Robust Enterprise.Mr. Quam Olalekan Ninalowo
Ninalowo, Quam Olalekan is known for his robust doggedness, exemplary goal-getting attitude and an effective managerial acumen. What is more admirable about him is the effortless manner in which he balances these attributes with ease and humility.
Born on 18th July, 1983 in to an average conventional Nigerian Ikorodu family of Lagos. Quam is the fourth of five children. He grew up in the frenzy city of Agege, Lagos State. His father, Alhaji .m.o Ninalowo was a civil servant and a devout muslim. He retired voluntarily to start up his own business. Quam's mother (of blessed memory), was a trader and owned mega shops in the very popular Balogun market. Quam grew up in a palpable trading atmosphere, with influences from both parents. While he was raised in an enterprising family, he soon gave himself to trading early on in life by helping his mother during holidays. In 1993, after attending Ave Maria montessori Primary School, Ikeja, Quam went to Lagos State Model College, Badore, Eti osa, Lagos. In 2003, he gained admission to Lagos state University where he studied Business Administration and graduated with a second class. At the moment, his MBA degree is in view. During this period at the university, he took up a part time job at Dampu & Co, owned by his father, which is an affiliate of Mobil Oil Nigeria plc, with interest in marketing oil and gas products. On graduating in 2008, he became a full staff of the company and assumed the position of ... At this point, he had one priority- to expand the business, and expand he did do. Customer base has risen by 150% in the last three years. By recruiting more personnel, the company is now better positioned to meeting the yearning of its teeming customers. Increase in profit after tax has grown from 200% in 2008 to about 700% in 2012. Mr. Oladiran Ninalowo is the sales and financial Director of M.O. Dampu & Co. Ltd. He is responsible for driving the acquisition of the Company’s customers, its revenue goals and the general direction and management of all sales and financial activities.
He graduated from the University of Lagos in 2007 where he obtained a B.Sc. degree in Banking and Finance. Mr. Oladiran Ninalowo has had extensive training in business development and leadership in various world class institutions.
He started his career with Diamond Bank where he served in various capacities until he joined M. O. Dampu & Co. Ltd. He has multifaceted sales and finance experience spanning close to a decade.
Mr. Ibrahim Ninalowo
Mr. Ibrahim Omokayode Ninalowo has a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University Edinburgh which is backed up by many years of experience in sales Engineering, Feild Engineering Support, Feild Marketing Support and Lubricant sales Engineering . He has worked as a PVT Engineer and also has years of experience in the upstream sector as a Petroleum Engineer.
Mr. Damilola Ninalowo
Damilola Ninalowo is a graduate of Zoology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He initially worked with M.O Dampu as a pioneer staff for a number of years before relocating to the United Kingdom to further his studies.
Damilola Ninalowo bagged his Masters Degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Bedfordshire then joined Santander Bank UK where he serves for years handling variety of positions from administrative to senior management. Mr Ninalowo returned to Nigeria in 2014 and rejoined M.O Dampu as the Project/ Human resource Manager handling several responsibilities ranging from Recruitment, Health and Safety to Project Delivery.
